Don't know about lets plays but as far as I know you can get almost as creative as you can with blockland events. The game has a slow learning curve though.

The top lets plays on youtube for this game are Last Stand Gamers and SAGE. But a really good channel that shows off high points of the game is Morphologis though he doesnt have that much videos. Also BradPhusion has some nice videos.
