I send 10,000 citizens on a journey to the north in order to find new civilizations and lands.
They settle several hundred miles away from their homelands.  (See map for update.)

Can this become another country?

This is more what I had in mind.

Avalonian horsemen begin to rally around Nazgar.

Another religious and cultural campaign is launched on tribes bordering Stormemarke, in a attempt to convert them to join part in the kingdom. However this time, they are willing to assist tribes in errands/trouble with other tribes before/without annexation if they share better knowledge of combat inland rather than on seas.

On few other notes, Stormemarke welcomes their new noble house to the kingdom, jättenmördarens, the family is currently residing amongst the older ones in Svärdvakna's noble district.

A large ship led by a highly famous priest carrying roughly a hundred brave and strong men and women on board set off west-ward to find Valhalla. Coincidentally, a storm brewed shortly after they departed, and have most likely been washed away into the oceans. May the gods lend them strength, so they may eventually find their way home, lest their lungs fill with water, and the ocean gnaw at their bones. SWAT One can decide their fate, and if they survive they'll be independently growing if not killed off or consumed by tribes quickly

Avalonian cavalry rides to the East by Northeast frontier, crossing for a large raid on several fairly permanent settlements to sack/loot and/or annex the lands.

A few Kharidians stay in Zanovia to attempt to learn their language.

Stormland ships discover new lands (Iceland). They settle the area and sent back 2 ships to tell people about the new lands.

Caravels are really advanced, m8.  That's like mid-Rennaissance.

This doesn't have to be exactly like real life, we are mainly focused on our navy

After the slaughter of a few settlements that refused to surrender, several towns/small cities to the east have surrendered to the Avalonian army and paid tribute, choosing to become a vassal nation with the possibility of becoming a part of the Empire rather than face the same fate as their neighbors.  One city on the border of the vassal zone's attempt to raise a resisting army was cut brutally short by a large raid and the ensuing slaughter.  Areas that choose to surrender are allowed to retain local leaders under Avalonian authority if it is deemed safe to allow this.

The Avalonian Khan begins the construction of roads into the vassal zone and a reorganization of the army into a meritocratic hierarchy based on a system of 10s (Groups of 10, 100, 1,000, 10,000, &c.) with special focus on obedience and allowing high subordinate flexibility in carrying out orders.

Avalonia begins clandestinely sending out scouts in all directions.  When the Avalonians realize that Erinaum exists, a diplomatic mission is prepared.

Well the idea is that you don't use tech from c.900 years in the future.  Sorry, I know you are a naval nation, but it's just too advanced.  Unless mlockha has a good idea otherwise on what can be done, then we can meet an agreement on what to do.

Erinamese farmers on the fringes of the frontiers notice the scouts and report to the local authorities that there is another nation of advanced to semi-advanced nature.  The reports are brought back to Vålderesk, and the news spreads quickly.  The Ivek doesn't know the intentions of these people, and assembles the army and sends it to districts neighboring the frontier, sparsely, but garrisoned in many homes of farmers and merchants.  Homesteads that take in the minimum of 2 soldiers will be compensated for supplying them.  Homesteads that take in more soldiers will be compensated additionally for their services.

In the case that the empire wishes a more diplomatic approach, Erinamese emissaries are sent beyond the frontiers to meet with locals that speak both Erinamese and Mongolian, so that communication may be productive.

The diversity within Kharidia has created a state of economic strain, specifically with an over-encumbered trade network and a past of large investments to keep tribes and kingdoms loyal, political dissension with conflicts between tribes and kingdoms with past rivalry, and religious strife between local religions and Islam.  Because of this, some kingdoms and tribes lose interest in Kharidia.

The Avalonian diplomatic mission receives the Erinamese ambassadors and massacres them without mercy and receives them with due honor, informing the guest of the general intentions of the Avalonian Empire.  Avalonia has no desire to go to war with Erinaum at the moment and merely wishes to extend its influence to the ocean (which scouts' conversing with the Erinamese has proven the existence of).  Scouts are just one of the ways that Avalonia keeps tabs on its potentially hostile neighbors.

Avalonian scouts note the troop buildup in the frontier region and relay the information to Nazgar.  The Avalonian forces by the frontier are put on heightened alert, and correspondence between Nazgar and the frontier is increased as a precautionary measure.

Avalonian conquests.  This is just where the army more or less covered.  Strong/moderate Avalonian influence only extends a bit over halfway to the farthest point.

Avalonia is told that the troops stationed were precautionary (also shouldn't be visable to you since they were not actually in the frontier, but in the districts bordering the frontier.  The troops are sent back to their normal stations.

Erinaum shares an exotic and expensive traditional Erinamese hard drink, Åkkèlé, with the Avalonians.  It is considered a high honor to receive such a gift, and there are several old folk songs in Erinaum that tell of its blessing.

The economy of Erinaum is improving as the farms to the south produce many new foods.  The military, however, now aware that not all of its neighbors (Avalonia) are weak like those it encountered before, and plans to connect Manchuria and Korea with the empire to mine abundant metals in the region.
