Yep. Yup. Mmhm. Christianity is super special. Only religion that lasts long. It sure wasn't toppled over and forgotten about like Taoism (Founded in 2nd century BCE), Confucianism (5th century BCE) Buddhism (6th century BCE), Shintoism (6th century BCE), or Hinduism (1st Millenium BCE). It's only by the grace of God himself that Christianity lasted this long. Who even follows those other religions anyway aside from the 1.76 billion people who still do so today?

ahem

jew, shinto, and ancient chinese are still around today silly (and existed longer than christianity

I still wonder why the atheist stuff bags are flameing christians EVERYWARE on the internet

why is it that a thread about a joke video has to become a thread where everyone throws stuff at each other

Perhaps because you have a limited mindset and assault the masses instead of the individuals?

I still don't believe any of this until Harry Potter confirms it.

You've seen all these arguments a thousand times if you live in my country. Northern Ireland has a mostly creationist government and the government is connected to a anti-gay, anti-evolutionist group called the Caleb Foundation who basically try to take evolution out of our museums.
are the riots and petrol bomb attacks in Northern Ireland because of this?

Have any of those religions been disproven? I mean all of them lack proof (hell Confucianism is less of a religion and more of a set of philosophies, so it doesn't quite count. I believe Taoism is similar in that respect) aside from their holy books so really they're sitting on roughly the same territory as the rest of them.
One of the reasons why there's 1.3 billion Catholics is because the people who happened to be into massive amounts of colonization and exploration and imperialism (Europeans, mostly) were also really into their religions. Their flavor of the millennium just so happened to be various forms of Christianity. What happens when people decide to spread around all over the place is that their cultures are spread into the native lands. What happens when people decide they really really like their religions more than other peoples' religions is inquisitions.
You do the math here.

Besides, Greek mythos wasn't immediately disproven either. Lots of Greeks (and also the Romans because their Pantheon was effectively the same thing minus Athena the best goddess) legitimately believed that there was a bunch of gods living up on a mountain and that the one that controlled the sky and stuff could not keep it in his pants and that caused problems for humanity all the damn time. Whether or not it was delivered via poems is irrelevant, it was still a religion in its own right.
With better pacing than Christianity I might add.
And who, exactly, disproved them?
This is why I put the "" around disproven. It was Richard "Arrogant stuffbag" Dawkins that claimed that every religion in the world was disproven and atheism is the only thing that exists. If you would like the name of the lecture, it is called "Militant Atheism". But the Bible was a collection of first-hand accounts of Jesus Christ and the miracles he performed. It was not written as a holy book, it was written as a document.

amzing video

also i can see the debating happening so ill just post a quote ive said like 3 times i think

A human kid born without legs won't spawn legless humans. Why would it work on whales

but why would anyone deny evolution

because they believe there's a huge version of us who thinks he's so loving hard, £10 he doesn't even lift

A human kid born without legs won't spawn legless humans. Why would it work on whales
because it helped them adapt. having legs isnt gonna help you swim real fast in water. maybe there was some giant fish that preyed onto these whales and caught the legged ones because they were too slow!!! (they might have looked like sonic) or simply whatever it was it was dominant and it was a favorable gene so they had lots and lots of loveual relations with that woma-whale.

whatever the case, that's how they look now.

why would a whale have unconnected bones if they're not gonna use them? why would any species have these, for that matter? Why do we have tail bones? Why are body structures so similar to other species? simply leftovers, they were never removed in any way down the line.

also did you even look at the sources? it's overwhelming. im sure once you get to 10th grade you will lear- oh wait you're 18. did they not teach you this?

sure maybe some guy made some species, but the point is that most of them did not look like how they look today. they change. that's it. no big deal. just change.
"me no like change" - v20 friends

also did you know that more and more people naturally have no wisdom teeth? it seems having no wisdom teeth is favorable, we even force the wisdom teethers to remove the teeth as they become damaged/infected/painful. i'm not saying you pass on traits like dying your hair purple wont make your children's hair born purple. i'm saying that the most favorable genetic traits appear more and more. what do you think happens as time goes on? domination!

The big bang also has some logical fallacies.
Such as?
Also you should look up what the term "logical fallacy" means because I don't think it means what you think it means
It's also worth mentioning that your post itself (specifically the picture) is a logical fallacy

Have any of those religions been disproven?
Christianity as a whole can't be disproven, but many individual claims, whether they be directly stated in the bible, or common belief not explicitly stated can/have been disproven: the age of the earth, the origin of species, the shape of the earth/solar system. Most Christians either deny these things (refusing to educate themselves about/acknowledge the evidence) or don't see it as contradicting their religion, and that's their choice

I still wonder why the atheist stuff bags are flameing christians EVERYWARE on the internet
Because Christianity is the only religion that they have first-hand experience with.
And I don't see it "everyware"
It's just a vocal minority, the majority of atheists are just "yeah whatever..."

A human kid born without legs won't spawn legless humans. Why would it work on whales
If the lack of legs was due to a genetic change (it would most likely just be a developmental defect), and the human mated with another human with the same genetic change, then yes, they would have (at least a large chance of having) legless kids.
Also this genetic mutation didn't just suddenly happen. His example was a grossly simplified example, in reality the change would have occured over many generations

correct

millions of years maybe? :)

If you want to look for recent evolutionary changes in humans just look at milk. Most Asians are lactose intolerant because they don't have the gene that produces Lactase. This is because when humans migrated to Europe, the fact that there was much less sun and more clouds naturally selected for a way to create more Vitamin D, the source being milk. The person that could digest milk was able to live longer due to a healthier diet, and thus went on to breed more.

The pelvis is not a remnant of legs, silly. When whales have love they need to thrust their pelvis. They can't do that without a pelvis. It is very obvious.

genius!

don't black people absorb less sun than white people do?
I kinda wanna know what races have what traits and things now
