feminists aren't a collective or a hivemind though
The extremist sjws seem like a collective. Especially since they are all chanting stuff like:
SMASH THE PATRIACHY!
RELEASE THEIR NAMES!
WHITE MALES ARE OFFENSIVE TO WOMYN!

obviously not, but the well has been poisoned

obviously not, but the well has been poisoned
poisoned well indeed

actions speak louder than words
Extremists and crazies speak loudest amongst sane people. This can be applied to pretty much anything.

Generally when people talk like this about feminism, they are talking about third-wave feminism in general.

Feminism in other countries IS NOT like feminism here.

You do have to admit, the feminists took the anti-gamergate side and the anti-feminists took the gamergate side.
Anyone who didn't were too insignificant and hard to find to notice.

Nobody is against women's rights, if that's what you're trying to say

Gamergate isn't a movement against women playing games, or women in games, or women representing games, or women writing about games

it's about being against bad journalism ethics

It's pretty the same thing in Canada and the UK as it is here in the US.

i can assure you its, for the most part, the same here.

Extremists and crazies speak loudest amongst sane people. This can be applied to pretty much anything.

Show me the moderates, then, and what they're doing for equal rights. Like I said, the well has been poisoned; get a new movement.

I see what you're trying to do here. Being anti-feminist is not anti-women's rights. Please stop.

This. It's also not about anti-feminism.

While I'm an anti-feminist myself and a large subset of GamerGate is, that's not what it's about. There's a lot of crossover, sure, but the main focus is bad journalism ethics.

Me. Being a decent human being.

No. That's the funny thing with the moderates, they're almost consistently the silent majority. How about rather than focusing on crazy people you look around at what's actually going on.

Just in the same way that people in the #GamerGate hashtag cannot control who associates with them (Which leads to crazies harassing women, which is part of the reason why people call out the #GamerGate movement on being loveist/misogynistic), the Feminism movement cannot control who associates with them, that includes the crazies.

So its ok to generalize a group with albeit similiar, yet at the same time extremely different ideologies?

I'm saying just in the same way that the gamergate movement isn't misogynistic, the feminism movement isn't misandric, so pretty much the opposite of what you said.

Okay. What's going on then? What's feminism done lately?
