The man whom the Wereu had previously united under as the true heir of the title of Bao begins traveling through Ru'sh Naal.
Jae Sun Bao is not killed when brought to the capitol out of the request of Roussaeu Bao whom wishes the name of Bao not be tarnished, and states that if so many people may believe this man to be Bao he is Bao to them, and as such should instead of being punished, be held accountable to the other doctrines Bao must follow.
The man refuses to succumb to these restrictions claiming that in order to adequately dispatch the Will of Bao, he be allowed to declare which rules are relevant and not.
The man is imprisoned for the second time but after his release he stays in the city of Daijoua preaching the Will of Bao according to his own interpretation, gathering an unexepected number of civilians. He was rushed out of the city that night by angry authorities and told to never return to the city.
Jae Sun Bao reaches Gungixiao and begins preaching his own will of Bao which required each person to live a stringent doctrine of faith and service to their community and themselves, ensuring their personal ability to dispatch the will of Bao. While they promote the coexistence of religious ideals, as does the previous will of Bao, it would only be for those whom live as dedicatedly or more so than what was determined necessary by Jae Sun Bao.
This interpretation is considered much more extreme and authoritarian and many traditional Baoists distance themselves from these new followers in Daijoua and more often nowadays foreign cities as Jae Sun Bao continues his travels south.
