Why do christianity and catholicism need to be separated
Why are these the only choices

but catholics are christians

what if I follow shia islam???

why is badspotlish not on here
I feel triggered

There are an amazing number of religions you've excluded here. At least include 'Other'.

Why do christianity and catholicism need to be separated
Why are these the only choices
how would i explain this hmmm
Maybe because of the beliefs; the catholics tend to worship the saints created by the church, and christians worship christ

Catholic people aren't Christian????

I'm atheist

what even is this topic

"are you a christian, a very specific denomination of christianity, or a lack thereof of religion?"

how would i explain this hmmm

Yes, they're called sects/denominations
All religions have these with significant differences. Catholics and Protestants (that's probably the term OP is looking for, it describes all branches of christianity that are not Catholicism) are the only ones who think it makes them a different religion entirely

Just add "other" up there.

"Quranism"
Is islam not good enough for some of you people!?
