So? The Fallout series has never been one to take itself too seriously, even back in the days of FO1 & 2. To change that fact at this point would be taken as an attempt to join the cool boys "serious game" club and would be detrimental to the overall experience

I wish I had that script. The only reason I've been responding to him is because its been getting worse as we get closer to the launch and its not making discussion very fun having him stuff on Bethesda every other post.

You got a group of super mutants that worship a Brahmin skull, but the mutants belonged to an elite cast that followed Fallout 1's end game boss. Without his leadership, decaying mental health, and wandering the desert they ended up worshipping skull.

Compare that to say The Family which is a community of cannibals and live with each other because they are poor discriminated and hated minority that eats human flesh and drinks human blood for some reason. Also travel only at night and live in a dark unlit subway.

was this supposed to be ironic? cus you've just described two story bits that are equally intriguing and cool. if i didn't know fallout, i would assume they were from the same game with certainty.

Long story short Harm, we know the older fallouts were good games. We're just annoyed that you have to bring it up nearly every conversation involving the later fallouts and making constant comparisons. Just let everyone enjoy the now, and i'm sure there will be plenty of other opportunities in the thread to enjoy the past as well.
