What is Blockland Classic?

Welcome to the Blockland Classic mod. This mod mixes Retail and Vanilla Blockland into one vision. The Classic mod is built on the Blockland Mods 1.6 core, so many thanks go to them. Eric Hartman is the original creator of the Vanilla Blockland, but left it abandoned after it's release in 2004.

+ Brick preview images changed
+ Removed WheeledVehicle car in Bedroom, they were still falling
+ ChatHud changed from Lego to Brick studs
+ Fixed up the textures of the Kitchen map
+ Removed pick-up bricks along base plate, use B to open Brick Selector
+ Removed weapons to another location of the map
+ Added Change Nick GUI in the Menu
+ Construct terrain image changed from 'Dirt' to 'Grass'
+ Player head color changed from 'Yellow' to 'Beige'

I know it looks like a texture edit of retail but its built off of BL MODS 1.6, from the freeware days of Blockland.

badspot didn't "abandon" it, he updated it into the retail version

also, I don't really see any major changes to make it standout from the normal version itself

Isn't this the one where they dismissed jetting because it was "too hard to program"? i was thinking of blockland vanilla, not this one
