Germany has the highest GDP in Europe, the 16th highest GDP per capita in the world, and the 3rd lowest unemployment rate in Europe (4.2%-ish). They also have one of the lowest crime/homicide rates in the world, and their overall homicide rate is only about 25% of ours.

So like, objectively speaking, they have had some problems properly vetting all of their refugees, but to describe Germany as 'falling apart' is extreme hyperbole. They are doing very good economically and socially right now.

It seriously isn't though, and there's no evidence that loveual assaults are skyrocketing in countries that have accepted refugees. The lack of data is blamed on a conspiracy among refugee sympathizers, and all the 'rapefugee' stories can be tied back to what are essentially unconfirmed anecdotes. What this goes back to is the age-old saying that it is possible to find anecdotal evidence that can both support and oppose any viewpoint.

That being said, considering the number of people we're dealing with, it's statistically likely that at least one refugee has raped a person after being offered residence in a European country. But that's a piss-poor reason to deny asylum to thousands of refugees when natural citizens rape people too.

I'd be pissed too. The guy has permanently bound himself to all kinds of crazy people, earned the hate of hundreds of millions of people, lost a stuffload of money, damaged his business and legacy, and he won't even get to be president after all of it. He's in a pretty stuffty place right now, and probably wishes that he just stayed home to run hotels.
