Not to fall into his trap but it is a really common Christian rhetoric to blast this "War on Christianity" nonsense. Truth is that it's an incredibly common religion that exists quite peacefully in the west save for a few outliers. Even the infamous westboro baptist church doesn't get half the stuff religious communities do around the world.

Even if the boat itself were to exist that doesn't magically mean it can hold 2 of every species in the world. Theres a thing called 'payload' which means you can only have a certain capacity.
The ark is made of wood as well, it would be destroyed by animals fighting and smashing the beams/sides (implying they even got on the ark)
