i do not understand why zealot would even clear the ban list when in the op he clearly states:if you have to be a hyper-vigilant mod why would you ever clear a ban list?? they're all spammers that broke the rules so i just don't see any reason why it should have been cleared

Because if the spammer randomizes their IP, which they clearly do (the same usernames are banned multiple times under different IPs) no ban will matter in the long run. Also, what Ike said:

Okay, you've missed the point again. I'm showing that it's clearly possible to forge a video. You are saying that I could take measures to prevent this, but I don't think he would really be willing to co-operate to that level. And if he did, I'm sure he could still work around it.

The video wasn't faked, and you are exposing the wrong guy. The possibility that someone's IP who spammed you aligned close to mine actually loving happened.

You are making so many assumptions and you are grasping at so many straws to say "he could have done this to make himself look innocent" its hard to make you look credible.
I EVEN SHOWED that I wasn't using a VPN, so the video isn't faked, I was able to join your cy.tube, based off the assumption of mine that you have not cleared the banlist.
It's your fault that you removed any possible way of me proving my innocence by deleting the loving banlist, your an idiot and if you wanted to make me look bad you should've just left the banlist and if I was actually spamming I wouldn't have said anything when trying to join the Cy.tube, and the video would not exist.

so because the spammer can change his ip, clearing the entire list isn't dumb..? why go through the effort of clearing the list of known spammer(s) just because he can change his ip? what's the actual point of doing that?

it's incredibly shifty that you decide to clear a list of spammers when you specifically stated how vigilant you have to be to keep them out, there's just no clear reason why you would ever do that
