Author Topic: Is islam a religion of peace?  (Read 10764 times)

This is my new favorite video on Islam https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bbs81tzH9oc

RIP Muslim apologists.

unrelated but why is the overlap between christian americans and people who support the military SO huge? isn't that incredibly contradictory?

Why do you care

because i don't live in a bubble, handicap. i want to know what the thought process is.

You would think that Nonnel would have a fear of Muslims coming to the US since they would probably mistake him for a woman and gangbang him.

Why do you care
i'm not going to be able to get over this. this is the stupidest thing i've ever been asked
honestly why should i care about anything? might as well kill myself tbh. learning about other people's beliefs is stupid. communication and discussion are relics of a bygone era.

not at all. the bible says that nations have the right to go to war if they want to, and do what they need to do to protect their citizens.

then doesn't it contradict itself in saying that one of the most important tenets is "thou shalt not kill?"

Well we know it does not because the majority of biblical translations, especially the most accurate ones in relation to the ancient mstar fishcripts, translate the word there as murder, not kill. Furthermore, if simply killing was against the ten commandments, God would have never instituted the portions of mosaic law that call for killings for immoral acts such as theft, adultery, and murder.

that would make more sense, thanks.

I mean...

IDK. I just googled and found this...

Some quick reading wouldn't directly let me believe they are a religion who accepts others.

They were more tolerant than Christians... at the time. But the world has changed, and unfortunately, they've been left behind. Thanks imperialism.
