It could be like a GUI with the parts name and both have a Color setting, size setting, ETC. then you would click "place" and you put the piece on the Vehicle and you can also name and save the vehicle.

This Idea ROCKS

The closest you'll get to this would be the ability to set which tires/springs a vehicle would get, the rest is up to datablocks, which unless Badspot gives servers the ability to update the client's datablocks while playing, are impossible to change in-game without crashing clients.

If roblox has a ingame vehicle creator, like bricks to move and a chassis to use, blockland possibly can have an ingame vehicle creator too.

Someone already mentioned the roblox thing.

No. For one thing, they're on COMPLETELY different engines, secondly, Bricks are on a static grid. They cannot move. That idea is IMPOSSIBLE.

It is imposable due to:How will the game know where you want to sit?How will you make engines? How will you make turrets?

It could work. Then it could be painted any colour and a lot of shapes.

Mounts would have to stay a constant number (e.g. you can have seats in set positions, but not anywhere else)

I think that the custom wheel thing would work, although a few new wheel models would need to be made for it to be useful. (Otherwise you have the choice of 'Jeep Tire', 'invisible magic skis-like traction' and nothing else)

The only problem might be the vehicle explosion (since you'd have to cope with any number of wheels and any number of nodes un/hidden), but that could just be replaced with an instant one, like the magic carpet does.
For the explosion it would depened on the chase of the car, or something like that.

Spore: All your Blockland are belong to us.

Enough of the cigarettegatry

RTB v1.045 had a blank vehicle that you could build on and it worked.

That was a different engine, per-say. The way bricks are handled was revised.

Maybe you can make this event i call onplayertouch/seat/true/rideable/torque outputs [000 000 000] for mount0 and a event for the body of the vehicle (applies to all bodykit bricks) ifserverstart/type/bodykit/true/paintable/true

Events will not work, it's silly to suggest that they might.
