You could use both 'askghast' and 'askghastoutcast' and have one redirect to the other.

Are you using tumblr? Just create both names and on the one you want to redirect only make one post that says "Click here for Askghast(outcast)" and make the link to that.

I tried to redirect with HTML and tumblr really didn't like that.
