The Putt-Putt thing has been over for a while. The document Notch showed was from June 26th, so clearly he made sure to settle the issue before calling them out on their stupidity. Their example was a list of YouTube videos with "Minecraft" and "Putt-Putt" in them, which was bullstuff of course, but with any legal issue it takes a little while to get that in paper.
