You're shard, I'm guessing?
And seriously, scamming people isn't against the common sense rule, it just shows a lack of common sense on your behalf.  You trusted the wrong person.

Yep, its your fault if you get scammed.

Make clear record event which only works for the specific job.

It's getting better, now with another dude.

Haha win.

In real life, scamming is illegal. If there is no way to punish someone directly with demerits, he/she should still be punished. Like it or not, Shard is innocent, and Jasa is guilty.

If I get robbed, I don't go to the judge just for him to say "Your door was unlocked. Use common sense next time you dope!".

Not really. Not all scams that people do are cough. If you get scammed, its your fault because like what Niliscro said, you trusted the wrong person.

Winter now says you can rapid fire baton anyone, because swat said you can.

WTF?    Someone do something about winter.

OH and look http://img337.imageshack.us/f/rapidwinterbaton.png/

OH and your supposed to be BANNED.

Oh stuff Johny 3 Tears.

Thanks for the warning lol.

Yes, but scamming is still illegal. Shard KNOWS who scammed him, and got photographic evidence of it in action. I'm pretty sure, knowing the criminal's name and information in real life would allow the cops to persecute, trial, and punish.

Being a social issue, this would indeed fall under common sense. It's just like abusing full trust to scam someone out of money, which I've noticed also falls under the common sense rule, and is being forced at current. What difference does it make?

Shard has been scammed by Jasa for having placed trust in him, so he reports the crime to the officials. The officials deny ALL of his evidence and dismiss his case on the factor that he had placed his trust in the wrong man. This isn't justice. The criminal remains spoiled with the victims money untouched, while the victim lies helplessly without any sort of aid to his woes.

I am not over-comparing this to life itself, because being a social issue, there's no difference. It's just as morally wrong as it is in real life.

Anyways, he already had a clean record so I am keeping his 7k to teach him not to be such an idiot.

Pretty deep. Anyways i get what your saying. This isn't real life tho. We don't have a democracy. It is just only a game. Like i said, its his fault for trusting the wrong guy. Also if we could have trials for stuff like this, it wouldn't be a good idea because like you said, their would be a social issue.

For example, lets say Hamster spawned killed Jasa. (Just an example, no need to freak out Hamster or Jasa)
Now the case goes to court, and since lots of people hate Jasa. They would say that Hamster did not spawn kill Jasa even if theirs solid proof.
So therefore, trials and what not is not good for this server.

I'm reporting PressMe. For one thing, he kept me stuck in his garage for a while. After finally going back to his house, he opens his door to go in and I notice that somebody wanted is right on the other side. I take my baton out and attempt to hit him, however the door reflects the baton projectiles and I end up batoning press me, who was not wanted. I end up becoming wanted and press me jails me. I lost my clean record. I know this has to be against some rule, but it was simply unfair. Loosing a clean record costs 4000, an amount I don't even have.

Ok, You followed him in there Right? Since He has real tight Security. Thats your fault for entering, as long as the doors don't kill you, its legal. Your fault for keep on batoning. You lose boy.

So the doors can't kill you, but they can get you wanted and loose your clean record? I'd much rather die

These City Rp server don't allow enough events.

1.Old VCE

2.Doesn't allow projectiles(I want to make an arcade, and I know they could be spammed, but maybe someone could make a relay loop limit?)

Liiiies.

For one, PressMe (Me) opened the door, but he didn't leave. I told him to get out. But he didn't, seeing as he didn't want to miss the arrest of shard the owl, which is whom was wanted.

For two, reflecting projectile events are not illgeal. I arrested him to get him out of my house, because I did not want him to arrest shard the owl.

Also, the reflecting door wouldn't of got him wanted, he made a illgeal entry as well.

Liiiies.

Stop making excuses and let the admins figure it out
1.He told me to get out AFTER he came back in like 15 minutes, that's when I knew Shard was there.
2. I'm sure he arrested me because I WAS WANTED.

Proof that he made me stay stuck for a while. And why does illegal entry give demerits? The cops always break down doors.

Haha, they aren't excuses. I did let you out, and as I said, you stayed because you wanted to get shard.

Edit: By "let you out" I opened the door, through you didn't use it.

If something happens like that and you start to get dems, just stop. You only get dems for batoning doors of players who are not wanted.

Press, you didn't even have to defend yourself or explain in any way.
This is totally Kurious fault.
You have done nothing wrong.

I'm sooo going to be an official.

First I just need a clean record....

..oh ffffff.
