There should be an event that grants a certain person(or anyone who clicks the brick) build trust specifically for that brick. This means they can only build on that certain brick and they can't paint/destroy it.

It should also work like the existing setBrickOwnership in which leaving the box blank will grant build trust to anyone who triggers it.

The server is hosted Dedicated 24/7, but there may be some downtime.
It's hosted in south-west Canada. So, if you're in the east, expect some lag.
You can get the latest updates on the server and other stuff on Zapk's blog.

Metro-Police Force

Here, you can apply to join the MPF. This is the only way, sorry.
If you get in, you must set your name ingame to MPF rank.division.xxxxx. Example: MPF RCT.VICE.12345.
You must say MPF RCT.(desired ID) but the VICE is optional. Vice is a division made for RCTs that you may join once a SeC or DvL says you've proven yourself worthy enough.
The desired ID, must be 5 digits. It cannot contain any reference numbers, such as 09001 or 01337, including any "l33t speak."
Having an MPF name while not being on the list will get you banned. You MUST apply.

Apparently, people are dreaming about this man and getting advice or having love with him.

In January 2006 in New York, the patient of a well-known psychiatrist draws the face of a man that has been repeatedly appearing in her dreams. In more than one occasion that man has given her advice on her private life. The woman swears she has never met the man in her life.

That portrait lies forgotten on the psychiatrist's desk for a few days until one day another patient recognizes that face and says that the man has often visited him in his dreams. He also claims he has never seen that man in his waking life.

The psychiatrist decides to send the portrait to some of his colleagues that have patients with recurrent dreams. Within a few months, four patients recognize the man as a frequent presence in their own dreams. All the patients refer to him as THIS MAN.

From January 2006 until today, at least 2000 people have claimed they have seen this man in their dreams, in many cities all over the world: Los Angeles, Berlin, Sao Paulo, Tehran, Beijing, Rome, Barcelona, Stockholm, Paris, New Dehli, Moskow etc.

At the moment there is no ascertained relation or common trait among the people that have dreamed of seeing this man. Moreover, no living man has ever been recognized as resembling the man of the portrait by the people who have seen this man in their dreams.

The aim of this website is:

Games / Fallout 3 crashing on Windows 7?

Alright, so I just bought Fallout 3 and waited 5 hours for it to be done downloading on Steam.

The Fallout 3 launcher pops up and I just go "okay, time to beat irradiated ass"

I go ahead and click Play then the launcher just closes and I assume that it's loading but it isn't.

How do I fix this?

EDIT: I just tried running it from the Fallout3 exe instead of the Launcher, but it says that xlive.dll is missing?
