I need the skeleton to spawn without a grenade, and for some reason when I try to remove it I end up breaking it somehow. The skeletons fire fine, they never splatter on impact or anything.
I'm going to assume it has a grenade because the "Skeleton" has a grenade, and since you can't retroactively overwrite inventory iirc, you will probably have to either copy a different skeleton, or make a new one to copy.

Activities.ini, for some stupid reason, is loaded before mods. In order to do this there's some arcane process I've forgotten and which has probably changed in recent versions to make an activity with mod content.
But I haven't touched this game in years.
