When exporting a material turn on the "Translucent" in exporter options and make sure the .png is transparent.

Thanks, but how do I add a texture onto a poly or several polys in general.
Tried it once, and it didn't go so well.

Texture as in image or material as in a color?

Image.

I imported a holographic sight texture from a source file from a CSS reskin, and I wanted to apply it to my assualt rifle. The holo didn't show up, nor could I make it transparent.
I tried to add camo, and both didn't show up.

UV mapping. That's all I know.

I'll go look for a tutorial...
Or better yet, you should make a UV mapping tutorial!
But I'm still gonna go look for that tut.

I tried copying/pasting the sword script, it's definatly the .dts file that's crashing the game.
Can you put a download link for YOUR exported .dts file of the .blend?

I meant all I know about putting images on models and have them work in Blockland are the words "UV mapping". Also "Project from view" should help too.

You know how when you make a model, and set it to smooth shading that there's a dark spot in one area/vertex? How do you get rid of that?

Is it a single vertex like a point of an arrow or spear?

Generally, it's anywhere.

Ugh. Just copypasta the sword script, do some remnaming and done. That's what I use.

How do I switch my model back to normal polys after clicking on the subdivision set?
