I don't think so, since each save comes with its own copy of the raws.
Ah, okay. I'll do it tomorrow, gotta get to bed.

Should I know anything?

Some soldiers might die for no reason, ignore that. They're victims of a non-contagious FB dust that rots everything it touches.

Oh, and you might get attacked a lot.

You might get a baron if the liaison actually survives this time around, I think I've met the requirements for it but the liaison keeps getting jumped when he enters the map.

Im going to have fun with your nobles.

Heh, that'll be good.

Oh, and the surviving soldiers are about as good as they come. Feel free to Self Delete charge (Self Delete for the enemy) a fully-equipped and fully-mounted siege and expect no casualties.

Me and my friend might have successfully converted two of our friends in to Dwarf Fortress.

can you go into caves in adventurer mode?

Yes. I don't think you can go into the vast underground network yet, though. That will be at the next update.

is it possible to tweak it so dwarves can eat bodies

just pet the rabbits, heed. they don't judge

why is everyone leaving their socks and stuff on the ground

do i need to put a chest in all of their rooms? oh god that's so much wood we could be using for nothing (as well as it taking a whole in-game year to do)
Two things:
1) dwarves just do that, so chests dont help a lot unless you install it before they drop it.
2) use stone and a stonecrafting (whatever it is) and make stone coffers. Note that pretty much everything makeable from wood can be made with stone, but that they have different names. Check the wiki for a full list

There are occasionally massive caves in adventurer mode, since it's the same world as you would use if it's a fortress mode world. You just have to be really lucky in finding a cave system starting on the surface. This happens more often if you either use a world for a fortress and lose to "fun" and then use the world for adventurer and find your fort, or when you set the history to as long as it will go so that all the civilisations have done stuff to the landscape.

my dwarves (100+) are running low on food. what is a fast way to getting food?
