health boost or speed boost would only be good for stalling
attack boost would encourage being more aggressive so it would probably make the final battle a bit more exciting

I agree with all of these.
If the Last Man Standing would get any boosts, it should definitely be attack boost.
However, this would cause people to hide the entire match just for the boost.
