A lot of normals at 30 don't have junglers. It's less fun sometimes, and people like to duo top with friends.

So are you level 30 or not? I am trying to find out for the player list.

It was incredibly annoying.

I killed him and he used his passive revive thing, after a much harder struggle I got him again, although by then I was practically out of mana and on very low health. Just as I think i've finally got him I see the Guardian Angel effect thing happening. forget. That last time he killed me :c
