If you have a pen, a checkbook, and $12,000,000,000, yes.

Only to close allies.

These are literally just available in a shop every now and again. I mean sure you have like machinery and stuff putting it in but you put on order in at a clinic and shazam operation go now you have an augmented richard.
Costs like 10,000 for some minor ones, IE raising reaction time, thinking speed, etc. COsts maybe 300,000 - 400,000 for limb replacements. Well over 100,000,000 for full body augmentation IE: Adam Jensen

Ours are more advanced and used for military purposes only.  I.e. Dead Rangers.

We also have military grade augs you know. Just uncommon as the Dragon Guard are pretty much the only human military force in Kintharia, and they're assigned to the same sort of purpose as the secret service, but also Spec Ops and High Priority criminal hunting. The High Captain is augmented for damage reports, implanted rebreather, augmented reality, built in radar, infrared and ultra violet vision, combat brown townysis, and a built in crosshair which makes it less tedious to aim.
A few other guys in the Dragon Guard are augmented voluntarily, and generally don't have very many problems with limb rejection.

I just sell civilian grade augmentations because hey teachers gotta teach and it's a lot easier when you can throw a student's paper at his face from across the room
