Just uncommon as the Dragon Guard are pretty much the only human military force in Kintharia, and they're assigned to the same sort of purpose as the secret service, but also Spec Ops and High Priority criminal hunting. The High Captain is augmented for damage reports, implanted rebreather, augmented reality, built in radar, infrared and ultra violet vision, combat brown townysis, and a built in crosshair which makes it less tedious to aim.
A few other guys in the Dragon Guard are augmented voluntarily, and generally don't have very many problems with limb rejection.
