Marriages do not stop STDs, they never do and never will.
waiting does. i have said this a million times. i have no idea why this is so difficult. i never said marriage does. i said WAITING FOR MARRIAGE does.
im sure there were more but you likely edited out for some reason
yeah definitely uh huh
both of those posts show as around one line each on my monitor. you are literally using four words that carry over in one of those as a technicality to prove i'm wrong.
He wasn't being aggressive, all he did was find what you said funny. But yet you reply with this:
no. he was intentionally being sarcastic and condescending.
this post was my gauge for whether he thought it was funny or if he was being dismissive. it was the latter.
Oh and this is not a fact:
actually yes it is. the spread would be extremely limited. the only way there would be spread would be through childbirth, assault, or blood transfusions. blood transfusions are screened. there has been plenty of warning to people who have diseases about having children. violent crime has dropped significantly since 1990.
Oh and let's not forget this wonderful post:
the post was justified. i had explained previously that this only works if people wait until marriage. at no point did i say that marriage was a vaccine or a cure. i said that monogamy prevented the spread.
And this one:
nothing is wrong with this post. viruses cannot be cured with medication. you can still have children. you are still risking giving your newborn a disease. that is a dumb idea.
aids is a fatal disease without treatment. with treatment, your lifespan is shorter and you will be frequently ill.
and yes, i would tell my spouse if i was. you would be dumb not to and then infect them.
