I mean, I recall seeing a tweet from the "senior technical animator" on Watch Dogs saying that the combat motion caps for women were just about identical to the men.

It extends into a social issue which does arguably pervade gaming. There hasn't been too many fairly portrayed female protagonists in recent gaming years

as I'll restate, I'm not agreeing with the very lack of a female protagonist itself but rather ubisofts comments on giving up due to thinking that a female character would take way too much time to work into production (which it shouldn't!)
