I'm sorry I didn't know you were the one that decided the outcome to battles

The way I see it, it is how he's planned for his troops to fight, not necessarily the outcome.

Reinforcements would be their initial thoughts,

before they are ran down by Galaumian riders,

allowing the cavalry to ride around and pick at their forces significantly as the spear infantry carves away at them mercilessly..

It could also be ooc assumptions, because as far as they know, there aren't any Aspian forces stationed behind them.

The wording of running them down is another way of saying, 'those guys on the horses there are attacking the guys on legs standing there'.

And I see no problem with the third line, as it doesn't dictate of the outcome, all I see from that is cavalry encircles their enemy and attacks when they can and spear infantry also attack the enemy.

And regardless, you have the final say in anything and everything- if you want something to happen a certain way, you can make it happen that way, despite how a individual worded something.

guess grunter worded it wrong for when i copy and pasted lol

ill edit it to let miko decide what ends up happening

ill just poke in here and say that "running them down" is basically "trampling over them".

albitons are "amazing spear wielding infantry". they wouldn't be "ran down".

3. is the context that would be used, they were being 'hunted', or in this case, charged at. And being amazing spear wielding infantry is nice and dandy, but that doesn't mean they can't be knocked the forget down, but even then that isn't the context we're using, so it's irrelevant

Seemed like the first one to me.  But I think Swat's just upset because you're able to put up resistance where he failed.

Hey guys so I got some RE's for ya.

Random Events No. 9

Lotavik:  Due to invasions from Tanorul, several corrupt and wealthy nobles in Lotavik have changed sides.  (ECN: 20%)

Erinaum:  Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Atenisia:  Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Avalonia:  The Council goes through another rotation of members with a passing generation, and in its place, many young and fully competent members take their place.  (POL: 90%)

Galaumia:  The invasion of Albiton-occupied Aspidis proves a success as an army of 8,000 quickly falls to the Galaumian raiders.  Albiton is scared shirtless and diverts all of its remaining forces of 10,000 there.  As a result, morale increases sharply in Aspidis and the Galaumian ranks.  News of this travels to many nations.  (MIL: 100%)

Aspidis:  As a further result of the startling Galaumian victory against the Albitonic Army, warlords to the contested zone before the war pay much tribute to Aspidis.  (ECN: 90%)

Caprica:  Caprican markets crash completely.  As poverty sweeps the nation, a slave trade becomes moderately present.  Slaves are sold to Romicia, chiefly.

Varansk:  Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Hlaohamarr:  Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Plexia:  Due to inaction by the government, the Bequelan raiders sack a Plexian fortress city.  The city is burned to the ground.  10,000 are killed, military and civilian.  (POP: 20%)

Auria:  (Inactive because Kochieboy is banned.)

Espovon:  A series of summer storms prevents trade from entering major port towns.  The storms also cause flooding in grain fields, causing prices to rise 50%.  (ECN: 20%)

so do we generally get to decide our biome or terrian or do the mods

I imagined my country as mountains With really large valleys to the center of the country and a lot of forest

Aspian forces, with their morale sharply raised, wrap around to meet with the Galaumian forces and to merge into a large army with their army of 6,000 to merge with the Galaumian raiders and to meet with the Albitonic army of 10,000 that's no doubt sallying over to try to slaughter them. 500 Aspian elites move out and connect with the force from the capitol, and the few stray elephants that were prepared for war that they have (being a mere 5), are brought out to assist.

I had Plethora do a climate map.  Once Miko puts it in the OP, we're all good to go.

Espovon wishes to expand north and consume the rest of the land into the country, multiple accounts have been sent to update current maps.

in addition a dedicated map room has been constructed in the main palace of Konigsberg to hold all the currently made maps.
