Faw takes a devious glance at one of the janky motherforgeters in a Jaguar and lets loose with his Rotary Cannon.
The Jaguar breaks right, screeching its way past your rounds and back on a path to hit the ground defenses.
I spray another Jaguar with all the flak guns on my plane, then turn, banking left, and fire off a heatseeker at another Jaguar.
The twin flak guns send clouds of smoke and shrapnel into the Jaguar's front, back, left, right, up, down, and all around. If the damage to the actual structure of the aircraft wasn't enough, the shrapnel in the air intakes break the engines, and the aircraft bleeds speed until it drops out of the air. The heatseeker, on the other hand, is evaded easily, and on top of that, the Jaguar has slipped behind you! A JSM streaks from a pylon on its wing, and you're treated to the dual AC/5 special, tracers streaking past your roosterpit.
Bell locks onto the fighter pursuing Junkers with a HSM and fires it off before pitching her aircraft into a steep climb. She hits the afterburners to make up some of the speed the plane lost and loops back down, hopefully shaking off the fighter pursuing her.
A series of flares bursts from the Viggen, and a simple roll is all it needs to evade the missile, continuing on its course.
I fire my coaxial autocannon at the Jaguar that evaded my missile, followed yet again by the force of the UAC/2. Then I hit the air brakes and do a barrel roll in an attempt to make the tailing Saab do something rash.
One of my hands is sitting next to the button that deploys flares, ready to confuse a missile from the Saab.
The UAC/2 misses straight-out, the shots flying past the agile-enough Jaguar. In addition, a notification pops up on your HUD.
[STRESS DAMAGE]At least your AC/5 manages to hit, the rounds gently peppering the airframe like a mild steak. The barrel roll, while it doesn't send you into a stall immediately, is not something your aircraft is appreciating after the abuse the UAC/2 gave it, and as such is executed slower than one would like. The Saab fires an HSM anyways, sending some RAC/10 fire your way.
