There are fine prints in literally every product these days. How can you play video games anymore when the box has a fine print that basically forfeits the publishers responsibility of you getting a seizure while playing a game for more than 15 minutes straight?
Hiding important disclaimers for no reason other than to hide it is completely inane and counterproductive and defeats the purpose of the disclaimer in the first place
I cannot see any reason for it to be set that way except to inconvenience anyone who didn't have the silly notion to read a post for loving fine print
