Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it

My MC account got hijacked (but I solved it).
How do these people just find accounts to hack? I almost never play servers and I've changed my username a few times.
And also, is there any way to prevent this from happening again?

my account got stolen the other day. apparently mojang felt no obligation to lock the account after the password was brute-forced, or to email me when the password was changed, or give a confirmation to anyone but the thief that the email was migrated. downright useless support too. i know i wont be buying another copy of this game.

now now the only magic mod i care for is Project E or EE2 in general
why? because I CAN loving CHEAT TO AN EXTENT

I prefer tech mods over magic mods. Theres only 1 magic mod i actually use and thats thaumcraft.

I forgot how pretty this game is with shaders, also I've never seen the nether with shaders before holy stuff
