Riots break out all over Porlaq, and the few planes in the Remagen air force begin to bomb the capital of Porlaq. All forces, some newly joined with the riot, some enlisted, and others just plain fighting, begin to push towards the capital. Eventually, the government is overthrown. All civilians are allowed to leave. The leaders have begun drafting a constitution.
