Will there be spells or potions that turn you into a monster for a set amount of time? That way you could use the special ability of some monsters like freeze?

Yeah, this sounds cool. If this gets into the game, I hope that you can just use it once per potion... and not have a regenerating bar. It kinda takes the sport out of it.

There's nothing like that yet but I like the idea, currently though if you kill a monster and throw its corpse at an enemy their special attack will apply on the enemy they collide with. So if you kill an ice monster, the ice monster will freeze the monster it hits.

What do the red fists mean?

In rogue red fists usually mean that the next hit you make will cause the monster to be confused.
