found all of my armor by hardcore exploration and wiki surfing
X-01s can only be found at high level, from my experience level 28+. the locations they can be found are replaced by T-51 or T-60s if you're lower than that. good hunting guys
i actually have 7.5 suits of X-01, my companion (not shown) was wearing one and i picked up another one. i can post some locations if y'all want but be warned more than a few of them are behind master locks and advanced terminals. alternatively i can just post the ones in the open
