Lot system is done!

I just realized 10 minutes of a tick is way too long, it would drive players away from the server. Going to have a new poll: How should loans work?



Resource system is now being finished.
Resource system is a handler for shop items and vehicles. This means they already have prices on them, but if they are not in the shop, you cannot buy or sell them.
Resource system is also for mining ores.

Reminder: If you feel like this mod is related to the other CityRPGs, please explain a section of it and please explain how to make it better.

For the GUI system, it might just only have a city pref editor and a job editor only. I might remove everything else.

about the lots

in every single city rpg 64x for a good build is always never enough if you plan to make something to scale

128x128 would be amazing but if its not possible, then how about rework how lots in crpg works, since in current you cant place a 2x2 across 2 lots you own

There are 128x128 baseplates as well as 128x64 base plates. Shouldn't be too hard to make different lot sizes.

I think that loaning should forcefully take money from the users income until its fully paid. After the deadline.

With the witness system, kills in messages are now seen to players that are close to where the death was.
If they saw the kill they can see who did it, otherwise if they did not see who was killing who, then you only see a "?"

Does that appear as "?? <method of murder> ??" or is the victim's name released?

In my opinion, if someone did not witness the kill, they should not get any message at all. I shouldn't be able to instantly know someone was killed while jerking off in my basement. If they were murdered outside of my window however, then I should know.

Since I can't figure out how to create my own death messages (<method of the murder> and the logic of it) on kills, here's how it works:

If you see them, aka facing the direction of the death, then you can see whoever killed who.
If you are in the area, it will say "Somebody was murdered in your area."

my input on that, would be that only certain methods of killing should alert people in the area. ie firearms, because they are loud. if someone is stabbed nearby, that's pretty quiet and shouldn't alert nearby people.

Yeah, that's why I am working on a item system, it will keep track of basic pricing, range to witness, etc.

I am also working on the vehicle system.



Updates:
  - When using the duplicator, the plant check for the CityRPG still applies. This means there are no drug plant or regular plant glitches anymore.
  - EXP has been started. You can earn EXP as a cop and as a miner, more will come very soon.
  + Sugar came onto my server and kept telling me about Halloween and Sunday daylight savings time.
