There was a child killing mod for Fallout 3 but I didn't download it because it didn't come with the "child killer" negative perk like Fallout 1 and 2 had.

In Fallout 2 I accidentally killed a child. Most of my party members left my group and I constantly had rangers armed with miniguns and bazooks after my ass. I had to restart the game because it was that hard.

The only kids I "killed" in fallout two was those pick pocket pricks in The Den, a live chunk of C4 they stole from me made them think twice about life.

Because it's good game design to flesh out player freedom rather than just making characters indestructible? Please don't design any games.
