Honestly, I don't think No Man's Sky deserved neither the mass hype nor the hate. It's a smaller indie game made by a studio which has developed 4 games, off one IP, in the past. Now I also think that there would be less hate if NMS was a $15-$30 game as opposed to a full (and outrageous) $60 game.

So being able to explore 18 billion planets is not worth 60 dollars?

So if each planet is just about the same then explain call of duty because each game is basically the same with minor variations just like the planets in NMS.

So CoD isn't worth the loving 60 dollars.

Just because Call of Duty does it doesn't mean that No Man's Sky is allowed to do it, or should get the pass for doing it. :Y
They boasted on how 'unique' everything is on every planet, so the hype built up and ruined out of that is totally on them.

No Man Sky is just ONE game that has done more for innovation than CoD has for the last 10 years.

Is that all you can loving say? Guess what? Dunkey, and the majority of people on this forum DON'T like CoD.

Even then, CoD has a working multiplayer, maps that are actually different from one another and not just a pallet swap, and actual mechanics. Your hateboner for CoD doesn't mean stuff here.

I think the weirdest implication is that people that don't like the dull gameplay avidly enjoy buying several CoD games or like CoD in general.

Is that like the go-to argument against people who hate games that revolve around repetition??

I don't know what you expect from a generated loving planet.

Besides they can tweak the settings to make it more unique on each undiscovered planet because guess what THEY AREN'T GENERATED TILL THEY ARE DISCOVERED!

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo all your bitching about unique planets can be solved with 1 patch.
